Dawn Burau

Dawn grew up in Minnesota vegetable gardening with her family and working part time at a plant and flower nursery. After 20 years working as an art therapist and academic, Dawn is excited to pursue her long standing interests in horticulture and landscape design. Her background as an artist informs her design approach. She is interested in organic gardening practices, utilizing native plants and creating beautiful spaces that are inviting to people and wildlife. When she isn’t in a garden she can be found hiking, canoeing, cooking and baking.
